Roscommon - Kellybrook
The house belonging to the wonderful Amy and James Kelly, comprised the remnants of a listed 1780's 2 storey farmhouse.
During the extensive refurbishment works a large englebrook fireplace was uncovered and incorporated into the new house. The design solution extended the main house with a new 2 storey contemporary extension with a unique galvanised barn-like steel cladding.
Castlebar - Avalon
A 1980 'pattern-book' bungalow owned by Johnny and Lorraine Fadden.
The brief here was to put on a crisp new monterns extension that would take advantage of the unparalleled view of the natural rolling landscape of Co. Mayo.
This extension also provided for a new kitchen and living space while the original bungalow space was extensively refurbished as the bedroom wing, replete with TV room and library.
Blackrock
